Full Time Specialist: Age not exceeding 45 years as on 18-03-2020 Part-Time Specialist: Age not exceeding 64 years as on 18-03-2020 |
Full Time Specialist: As per rule adopted by ESIC Part-Time Specialist: (4 hours per day & 4 days a week): Rs.60000 + 12000 (for visiting charge in case of emergency call). Note: 04 Hours can be adjusted according to availability of time with specialist between working hours of the hospital. |
Selection of the candidates will be based on Walk-in-Interview held on 28 Nov 2019 at 09:00 AM onwards at ESIC Hospital; Near Police line Udham Singh Nagar Rudrapur Uttarkhand.
Interested Candidates are advised to attend Walk-in-Interview on 18 March 2020 at 09:00 AM onwards at ESIC Hospital, Near Police Line Udham Singh Nagar Rudrapur Uttarkhand with application in prescribed proforma (attached below), with all original documents and Xerox copies in support of their Date of Birth, 10th class Certificate / Birth Certificate, Proof of Educational Qualification, Experience Certificates, Caste Certificates as per Govt. of India Formats and two recent passport size photographs (one affixed on the application with duly self-attested).
