Wildlife Institute of India (WII) Dehradun invites applications for the posts of Project Scientist. WII Dehradun has released advertisement for filling 01 post of Project Scientist for project entitled "Strengthening capacity for sustainable and participatory management of Coastal and Marine Protected Areas in India" on contractual basis for 01 year (Extendable as per requirement).
Number of Posts : 01
Pay Scale : Rs 50,000/- consolidated per month.
Age Limit : Maximum 40 Years as on 01 November 2014
Fee : Nil
Required: Ph.D (Wildlife Science/Life Science/Marine Biology/ Zoology/Botany) Degree with minimum three publications in peer reviewed scientific journals.
Desirable: Minimum one year work experience in organizing national level workshops/ seminars /courses related to biodiversity conservation. Data compilation and reporting related to biodiversity conservation. Good writing, publishing and documentation skills.
Selection will be done by a Walk in Interview.
Date of Walk in Interview: 28 November 2014.
Candidates have to download prescribed application form from the website www.wii.gov.in, fill complete details on application form and reach WII Dehradun with completed application and attested copies of all certificates like matriculation, educational qualification, work experience etc along with original to attend the Walk In Interview on mentioned date. Applications will be screened in at 09:30 am & interview of shortlisted candidates will be held same day.
