The Wildlife Institute of India (WII), Dehradun invites application for for engaging one Project Associate purely on contractual basis. The duration of the engagement is a period of 9 months.
WII Dehradun is an autonomous institution under the Ministry of Environment and Forests, Government of India. It carries out wildlife research in areas of study like Biodiversity, Endangered Species, Wildlife Policy, Wildlife Management, Wildlife Forensics, Spatial Modeling, Eco-development, and Climate Change. The person selected to the post has the option to draw their parent cadre pay plus Deputation Allowance.
Project Title : "Preparation of State Biodiversity Action Plan for Meghalaya".

Age limit (as on 25.07.15) : 35 yrs
M.Sc./ M.Tech. in Botany/Zoology/Wildlife Science/Forestry/ Geoinformatics/Environmental Sciences/ Soil Science/ or related fields with THREE YEARS experience. OR Ph.D. in any of the above fields.
