Uttarakhand Postal Department, Dehradun has released the official notification regarding the recruitment of Postal Assistant/ Sorting Assistant, Postman and Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) on 13 posts. Applications are invited from the eligible meritorious sports persons for Group C appointment against vacant posts in Postal Assistant/ Sorting Assistant, Postman and Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) under sports quota in Uttarakhand Postal Circle.
The recruitment process will be based on the guidelines issued by the Department of Personnel and Training, Government of India. The last date of the receipt of applications by speed post or registered post is 22 Dec 2021. Here are the complete details of the Recruitment.

Scale of Pay : INR 25,500/- – INR 81,000/- Level-4

Educational Qualification : The candidate should pass 12th standard from approved state boards by the respective State Govt./ Central Govt., Knowledge of Local Language, Basic Computer Training Course Certificate, Driving License of 2,3,4 wheeler of min 2 years, Sports Qualification – Sportsmen who have represented a State/ University/ School or the Country in the National or International or University level or All India School competition in any of the games/ sports
Age Limit as on 01 Jan 2021 : 18-27 Years
Scale of Pay : INR 21,700/- – INR 69,100/- Level-3

Number of Posts : 02
Educational Qualification : The candidate should pass 10th standard from approved state boards by the respective State Govt./ Central Govt., Knowledge of Local Language, Sports Qualification – Sportsmen who have represented a State/ University/ School or the Country in the National or International or University level or All India School competition in any of the games/ sports
Age Limit as on 01 Jan 2021 : 18-25 Years
Scale of Pay : INR 18,000/- – INR 56,900/- Level-1
