National Institute of Technology, Uttarakhand invites applications for the recruitment of Deputy Registrar (Finance & Accounts), Executive Engineer (Civil), Medical Officer, Superintendent, Superintendent (on Contract), SAS Assistant, Junior Engineer (Civil & Electrical), Junior Assistant, Technician, and Office Attendant. Total No. of Post is 21. The selected candidates may require serving the institute at both the campuses. Educational Qualification & Experience

Master’s degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks or its equivalent Grade in the CGPA / UGC point scale with a good academic record from a recognized University/institute.

Desirable:

i) Qualification in area of Management / Engineering / Law.
ii) Experience of working in E-Office system.
iii) A Chartered or Cost Accountant degree or diploma for the post of Deputy Registrar (Finance and Accounts) or Deputy Registrar (Internal Audit).

i) 9 years’ experience of Assistant Professor in the AGP of `6,000/- and above with 3 years‟ of experience in educational administration, or
 ii) Comparable experience in research establishment and/or other institutions of higher education, or
iii) 5 years‟ of administrative experience as Assistant Registrar in the Grade Pay of `5,400/- or equivalent post.
2. Executive Engineer (Civil) Essential:

B.E./B.Tech. In Civil Engineering with first class or its equivalent Grade in the CGPA / UGC 7 point scale with a good academic record from recognized University/institute.

OR

Employees of the Institute with at least five years regular service as Assistant Engineer (SG II) in PB-2, Grade Pay of `4800/- or with at least two years regular service as Assistant Engineer (SG-I) in PB-2, Grade Pay of Rs.5400/-.

MBBS Degree or equivalent qualification included in any one of the Schedules to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956) and must be registered in a State Medical Register or Indian Medical Register.

Desirable:

Post Graduate Qualification, preferably MD, in General Medicine, or equivalent qualification included in any one of the Schedules to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956) and must be registered in a State Medical Register or Indian Medical Register.

Senior Secondary (10+2) with Science from a Government recognized board with at least 60% marks.

Secondary (10) with at least 60% marks and ITI Certificate of 2 years duration in appropriate trade.

OR

Diploma in Engineering of three year’s duration in the relevant field from a recognized Polytechnic/Institute.

Selection Procedure

Scrutiny of candidates will be done on the basis of qualifications and experience only. Shortlisted candidates shall be called for Written Test/Trade Test/Personal Interview by email only. A written test will be held in the relevant field of specialization/trade/post. Only those candidates who score min. 40% marks, in the written test, shall be eligible for trade test. The trade test shall be conducted in the relevant specialization/trade/post. Personal Interview shall be conducted for all Group B & C posts.

 How to Apply

Interested and Eligible candidates must apply online only through the Institute website www.nituk.ac.in from 06 August 2019 to 06 September 2019. Applications received through any other mode shall not be accepted and summarily rejected. The candidates are advised to download the same from Institute website and send hard copy of the downloaded PDF of the filled application form along with the self-attested copies of the relevant testimonials, certificates, enclosures, etc. by speed post / registered post/courier to:
