National Institute of Technology, Uttarakhand invites applications for the recruitment of Assistant Librarian, Technical Assistant (Electrical), Library & Information Assistant, Superintendent, Stenographer, and Technician (Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil). Total No. of Post is 11. These posts are only for Divyang and Ex-Servicemen (ESM). The selected candidates may require serving the institute at both the campuses. Eligible and interested candidates may apply for the given posts from 06 August to 06 September 2019.

(ii) Qualifying in the national level test such as NET/SLET/SET conducted for the purposed by the UGC or any other agency approved by UGC. Desirable: 1) PG Diploma in Library Automation and Networking or PGDCA or equivalent. 2) Candidate with a higher degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) in a relevant Discipline shall be preferred. |

First-class or equivalent grade in BE/B.Tech./MCA in relevant subject from a recognized University/Institute. OR Master’s Degree in Science from a recognized University or Institute with at least 50% marks or equivalent grade. |

Scrutiny of candidates will be done on the basis of qualifications and experience only. Shortlisted candidates shall be called for Written Test/Trade Test/Personal Interview by email only. A written test will be held in the relevant field of specialization/trade/post. Only those candidates who score min. 40% marks, in the written test, shall be eligible for trade test. The trade test shall be conducted in the relevant specialization/trade/post. Personal Interview shall be conducted for all Group B & C posts.
Interested and Eligible candidates must apply online only through the Institute website www.nituk.ac.in from 06 August 2019 to 06 September 2019. Applications received through any other mode shall not be accepted and summarily rejected.
