On the ocassion of its diamond jubilee, LIC announced to recruit 2000 post very soon. It is a golden chance for all to make a bright future. Recruitment will be done on the basis of three catagory of an agents, one is RCA (Rural Career Agent), second is CCA (City Career Agent) and UCA (Urban Career Agent).
Under this recruitment as per the qualification details, the candidates must be 12th pass but 10th pass candidates belongs to SC/ST catagory can also apply. The age limit should be 18 to 35 years. Interested candidates may apply on before 15 June 2016. The written examination will be held on 19 June 2016.

For general information. Agent means, you will do business (sell LIC policies) on behalf of LIC and will get commission whatever business you will do. Sample, interest person sould approach to their nearest LIC Office to become agent. They give all the information, details for becoming agent.

I think Agent is commission based post. To become agent one has to pass the IRDA test.After passing, he will get a Agent code. Its like a self employment. It is not the post for which LIC will pay salary. I think its it. ?
