Indo-Tibetan Border Police(ITBP) under Ministry of Home Affairs carrying out OPEN BHARTI / Open Rally from male Indian citizens belonging to border districts of Uttarakhand (Uttarkashi, Chamoli and Pithoragarh) for the posts of General Duty Constable Group ‘C’. ITBP has released notification for the special recruitment drive for candidates of Uttarkashi, Chamoli and Pithoragarh for the post of Constable (General Duty) posts through Open Rally System organize between 27 Oct to 31 Oct 2014
Number of Posts : 220 (UR-127; SC-50; OBC-38; ST-05)
Pay Scale : Rs. 5200 – 20200 + Grade Pay Rs. 2,000/- per month.
Matriculation from a recognized board.
Age Limit: Between 18 to 23 Years on 1 August 2014. (Relaxation for reserved categories as per government rules).

Note: Minimum expension of 5cm required in chest, weight should be corresponding to height and age as per medical standards of MHA.
Selection will be on merit based. Elligible candidates may appear for Height Bar Test, Race(5 Kms in 24 Minutes), Physical Standart Test (Height, chest and weight measurements), Documentation, Biometric identification and Written test (100 marks) at the following venue:

Any candidate found not suitable at any stage will not be allowed to appear for further testing. A merit list will be prepared for each category and cndidates will be shortlisted on the besis of their performance in the written examination. Shortlisted candidates will under go detailed medical examination.
Eligible candidates may appear at the above mentioned venues to attend the Recruitment Rally along with complete set of documents and the completely filled application form, Registration slip and Admit Card in the prescribed format.

– Matriculation certificate (For proof of Date of Birth)
– Cast Certificate, Domicile, Discharge Certificate (for Ex- Serviceman), NOC (for Government/Semi Government serving candidates)
– four passport size photographs
