Uttarakhand education department will recruit total 2267 LT and Lecturers shortly. With 917 Lecturer in Uttarakhand, 1350 LT cadre teachers in the education department will also get direct recruitment in Uttarakhand. These posts are vacant with the promotion of 1949 teachers in LT to Lecturer cadre. Seventy percent posts are to be filled with direct recruitment.
The education department has started its preparation. On the other hand, Education Director RK Kunwar has also requested the Uttarakhand Subordinate Staff Selection Commission UKSSSC to release the result of LT recruitment held in January. In January, the examination for 1214 posts of LT teacher was held. Given the shortage of potential teachers from April 1, the Education Department has started preparation to recruit more teachers in Uttarakhand.
Kunwar said that with the Lecturer, preparations are also being made to start direct recruitment of LT. With the promotion of the Lecturer cadre, the recruitment process for the vacant posts will be started once the number of vacant post provided. Most of the posts will be filled by direct recruitment within a year.
Education Director RK Kunwar says that the letter has been sent to the Subordinate Selection Commission to release the result of LT recruitment in January. Once the promotion is approved, the new recruitment process of LT will be started.
