Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) has released an advertisement for the recruitment of Scientist ‘B’ in various disciplines. Total No. of Post is 150. BIS invites young engineering graduates for the recruitment of Scientist ‘B’. Candidates having valid GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) score can go through the notification and apply online as per their discipline. Eligible Candidates may apply online on or before 31 March 2020.

The maximum age limit of candidates is 30 years of age as on 31st March 2020
Pay Level 10 as per the 07th Central Pay Commission plus allowances as per applicable. The gross emoluments at the time of joining will be approximately Rs.87000/- at Delhi at present.
The selection methodology will comprise of following stages:
Candidates are required to apply online from 02 March 2020 to 31 March 2020 through BIS official website i.e. www.bis.gov.in. No other modes/means of submission of the application will be accepted.
