Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the notification for the recruitment of Enforcement Officer/Accounts Officer under Employees Provident Fund Organization (EPFO). The recruitment of EPFO Enforcement Officer/Accounts Officer is under the Ministry of Labour and Employment by Govt. of India. Total No. of Post is 421. Below 30 years

Essential:

Bachelor’s Degree in any subject.

Desirable:

(a) Bachelor’s degree in Law/Integrated Five years Degree in Law/Master’s in Business Administration / Post Graduate Diploma in Management / Company Secretary / Chartered Accountants / Cost and Management Accountant.

(b) Two years’ experience in Administration / Accountants / Legal matters in any government or listed.

 Level-8 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC. General Central Service Group ‘B’, Non-Ministerial.

 Selection Procedure

Selection of the candidates will be based on a pen & paper based Recruitment Test (RT) and Personal Interview. The test will be of two hours duration. The test will be objective type questions and the medium of the test will be both Hindi and English. The Recruitment Test (RT) and Interview carry weightage in the ratio of 75:25 for the candidates shortlisted based on Recruitment Test (RT) and qualify in the Interview.

Syllabus of the Written Exam

The syllabus of the test broadly comprises of the following topics:

  • General English: To evaluate candidate understands of English Language & workman- like use of words
  • Indian Freedom Struggle
  • Current Events and Developmental Issues.
  • Indian Polity & Economy
  • General Accounting Principles.
  • Industrial Relations & Labour Laws
  • General Science & Knowledge of Computer Applications
  • General Mental Ability & Quantitative Aptitude.
  • Social Security in India.
