| PRTs (all subject) | Min. 50% marks in Graduation or equivalent and B.Ed. (with 06 months bridge course in elementary education) or D.EL.ED. Working knowledge of Computer.
Age Limit: 40 Years Pay Scale: As per of AWES Rules & Regulation |
| Lower Division Clerk (LDC) | Graduate or 10 years of service as a clerk in Defense Services / Reputed Organization. Computer Literate, Typing speed minimum of 40 wpm.
Pay Scale: As per of AWES Rules & Regulation |
| Upper Division Clerk (UDC) / Accountant | Graduate or 15 years of service experience as a head clerk / Accountant in defense services / Reputed organization. Typing speed minimum of 40 wpm.

Note: For the post of LDC / UDC / Accountant Preference will be given to Ex-Servicemen. Photocopy of discharge book required at time of interview.
The selection for the post will be based on a personal Interview. The interviews will be held at APS Pithoragarh. Only shortlisted candidates will be intimated for the date, time and place of interview through school website www.apspithoragarh.in.
Candidates desirous to work in APS Pithoragarh should apply in a prescribed application form available in school’s official website www.apspithoragarh.in. The application form is required to be forwarded along with scan copy / Photocopy of certificates to school by hand or through e-mail on armyschoolpithoragarh@gmail.com.
