State Climate Change Centre, Department of Forests, Dehradun invites applications for the recruitment of Research Associate (RA) & Junior Research Fellow (JRF) for the project entitled “Establishing/Strengthening the State Climate Change Centre/Cell” under NMSHE (SCCC-NMSHE) in the State of Uttarakhand.

Name of Post No of Post Emoluments Age Limit Education Qualification
Research Associate 02 Rs. 36,000/- per month + HRA as per the rule 45 yrs Ph.D. in Computer Science/GIS/ Remote sensing /Statistics or M. Tech. in Computer Science/GIS/ Remote sensing with 03 years experience.
Junior Research Fellow 04 Rs. 25,000/- per month + HRA as per the rule 28 yrs Post Graduate Degree in Environmental Sciences/ Climate Science / Energy and Environment / Geology/ Societal Development/ or equivalent degree with NET/GATE Qualification

Selection Procedure

The selection of candidates will be done on the basis of a written test followed by a personal interview.
