The 6000 vacant posts of teachers in Government schools of Uttarakhand may be filled soon. Around 4346 Guest teachers contracts are going to end on March 31 this year. Also more than 800 teachers will be retired on this March. In this scenario, the Department of Justice has given green signal to the government to make appointments as per the old manual of Lecturer and LT recruitment before Guest teachers recruitment manual.
Now appointment and recruitment of new teachers could be done with earlier LT Teachers Service Manual. It is known that Guest Teacher recruitment manual was implemented on Dec 2016. Also govt had amended the earlier LT Teachers recruitment manual by making the provision only Guest teachers could participate in new LT teachers recruitment exam. Against that LT recruitment manual, Unemployed youth file a plea in High Court and the High Court has accepted the plea. Under the rule of equality, the High Court cancel the amendment.
Now education department might get the crisis after 31 March as more than 6000 teachers posts will be vacant. The department has informed the govt regarding teachers vacancy and final decision yet to be made.

I THINK THIS IS THE BEST WAY TO BRING ABOUT A FINE TEACHER, IN PRESENT DAY THE EDUCATION SYSTEM IS VERY POOR IN OUR COUNTRY, FOR A TEACHER AT LEAST HE SHOULD HAVE MASTERY OVER HIS SUBJECT, DUE TO THE LACK OF ULTRA – FILTRATION WHAT KIND OF TEACHERS ARE THERE IN GOVT. SCHOOLS, CANT BE EXPLAINED, AFTER ALL IT IS QUESTION OF DEPLOYMENT OF COUNTRY ARCHITECTURE, ELIGIBILITY TESTS ARE VERY GOOD OPTIONS TO GET DESIRED BREED, AND IT IS NOT QUESTION WHAT YOU HAD GOT IN YOUR ACADEMIC LIFE, BUT IT IS WHAT YOU HAD LEARNED IN YOUR ACADEMIC LIFE.

I am sorry to say that I have often notice that for teaching job u should clear ctet or utet .My question is that why they asked for ctet .It means those who r doing or done .B.ed regularly it is useless .Ctet portion is almost based on b.ed pattern .my concern is to divert ur kind attention towards the demarits of our govt system.It should be removed from the job criteria. It hinders so many job seekers from getting govt jobs.I have done graduation & B.ed in first divion & successfully Teaching English as a TGT for 18 yrs but unable to apply for govt job because I have not cleared ctet.
So its my earnest request pls amend the criteria .
