Applications are invited from eligible candidates for "Walk-in-Interview" for the JRF/SRF on contractual basis in Indian Veterinary Research Institute IVRI Mukteswar for project entitled "Sero – surveillance, molecular characterization and epidemiology of pox viral infections in animals from North Eastern region of India".

Educational Qualification

  • Master degree in Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/ Life Sciences
  • Working experience in cell culture, sample collection, ELISA, PCR, real – time PCR, gene cloning, protein expression, well versed with bioinformatics software’s and computer knowledge

Emoluments:

For JRF/SRF NET/GATE/ BET/BINC Qualified Candidates: Rs 16000/- + HRA for 1st Two Years & Rs 18000/- + HRA for 3rd year

For Others: Rs 12000/- + HRA for 1st Two Years & Rs 14000/- + HRA for 3rd year

Date, Time & Venue of Walk-In-Interview : 20-01-2014 at 11.00 AM in the Chamber of HD Virology, IVRI, Mukteswar campus

Candidates attending interview should bring complete biodata, original and one photocopy of certificates, and two passport size photographs. The post is temporary on purely contractual basis for a period up to September 29 , 2016 and will co-terminate with the project, whichever is earlier as the case may be.
