Uttarakhand Purva Sainik Kalyan Nigam (UPNL) will now recruit only ex military dependents. On Tuesday, this decision has been taken in the presence of Chief Secretary Shatrughan Singh. In the meeting of all secretary, they gave an overview on all recruitment done by UPNL, according to the stats UPNL has recruited on 22,000 posts.
Officers complained that UPNL employee did not work sincerely, and they are not coming under transfer policy too. They also said that the main aim of UPNL has been vanished, UPNL is open for ex army person but it has turned towards wrong direction. Now UPNL recruit only ex military dependents and for all other recruitment govt will open some personal recruitment companies, which provides employment to all unemployed youth

Could I have to serve in contract through UPNL only Or there is any opportunity for me as regular employee.
