The registration of outsiders of Uttarakhand will no longer be valid on the website of Uttarakhand Purv Sainik Kalyan Nigam Limited (UPNL). Taking a meeting of Sainik Welfare Officers, Minister Ganesh Joshi said that complaints have been reaching him in this regard for some time.
Now only those people will be able to register on UPNL website, who have the domicile certificate of Uttarakhand. He said that no further disturbance in this regard would be tolerated. Deputy Director Sainik Welfare Colonel Rawat, District Sainik Welfare Officer Colonel Bisht and Deputy General Manager Major Rautela were present in the meeting.
UPNL was formed for the dependents of soldiers and ex-servicemen. Through which employment is provided to them. But for some time now, registration of people from all other states started being done in it, which was also opposed on many levels. Now Sainik Welfare Minister Ganesh Joshi has taken cognizance in this matter.

There are several outsider candidates who are doing jobs through UPNL specially Bengali community. Uttrakhand is separated from UP just to give benifits to hilly peoples but nothing changed outsiders are now easily getting job in our state due to our corrupt ministers and officers. We the people of Uttrakhand who are jobless just because of the dirty politics never forgive the culprits shame on corrupt ministers
