6th Pay Commission had demanded to end all Group D (Samuh Gha) post, but now 7th Pay Commission has demanded to reopen Group D (Samuh Gha) post, and requested to cancel the stay on Group D. For this, 7th Pay Commission will going to submit it’s report to Central Government on 19th November. Personnel Department also said that just to reduce the financial burden it is not good to put stay on Group D vacancies. And the side effect is that the number of all low level post is almost vanished and number of High level post is increasing day by day, but Govt is not taking a valid action for this problem too.
It will be very beneficial if Govt reopen all Group D post, this will leads to open around 5 lac vacancies in low level and also help in employment too. Now days youth are destroying their career due to unemployment in country. So Group D vacancies will help them to earn something. Central Government is also against of it, there is no solid evidence that is it actually helping to reduce financial burden or not. Many time out sourcing recruitment has leads towards security problem too. 7th pay commission wants to reopen all Group D vacancies, and will start it’s processes within 2 to 3 days.
