The educational qualifications for EESL Recruitment vary according to the posts. Candidates can check the official notification for post wise qualifications and details of the experience required in each post to be eligible to apply online.
Selection of the Candidates will be based on the following:

After the interview, a panel of candidates on merit would be prepared and the appointment shall be offered to the candidates in the order of merit.
Note: No GD/Interview shall be conducted for Assistant and Data Entry Operators positions and candidates will be selected based on the merit in the written exam. Skill tests may be taken for Assistant and Data Entry Operator positions.
