After the successfully applied procedure of making all municipal sweeper permanent, the state govt is planning to make all municipal corporations, contractual base workers permanent very soon. This procedure will be applicable only for Data entry operators, peon, translator, drivers, lineman & tax collector.The Urban Development Department has designed the framework to make workers permanent. According to sources, the proposal will be presented in the Cabinet soon, as soon as the Cabinet will approve the proposal, the process of regularisation of non-permanent workers will be began.
