Indian Army invites online application from Indian Males to Join Indian Army Education Branch. Indian Army has released notification for the recruitment in Army Education Corps (ASC) as Permanent Commission. Candidates wish to Join Indian Army as Education Officer in Army Education Corps can apply for the course commencing in Jan 2015.

Age Limit : 23 to 27 years as on commencement of course
Commission Type : On Selection, candidates will undergo 1 year training in IMA, Dehradun on Short service commission. After the successful completion of training cadets will grant Permanent commission and the rank of lieutenant.
Pay & Allowance :
On Training : Rs. 21,000/- p.m (15,600/- as pay in Pay Band plus Grade Pay of Rs. 5,400/-).
After Training pay admissible to rank of lieutenant will be given will all other facilities.
After shortlisting of applications, candidates will be called for interview at Selection Centres, Allahabad (UP), Bhopal (MP) and Bangalore (Karnataka) by Psychologist, Group Testing Officer and Interviewing Officer. Final Selction will be based on merit prepared after interview, physical and medical examination.
Interview Dates & Call Letters : Interview will be held in Sept/Oct 2014 onwards and call letter for SSB interview will be issued through candidate’s registered e-mail id and
through SMS.
