Good news for Govt employees and Govt Jobs aspirants. Justice A k Mathur have submited his report to Finance Minister Arun Jaitley. Department has demanded to increase 23.55% salary of all Central Government employees. Yesterday, at Delhi A k Mathur have gave his report on 7th Pay Commission. According to the stats they demands for minimum salary 18000/- per month for every employee and 2.25 lac maximum salary of an employee. They also demand for atleast 16% increment in basic salary.
Approx 99 lac people will get benefited through this 7th Pay Commission. 7th Pay Commission will be apply from 1st January 2016. This will benefited for 46 lakh central employees and 52 lac pensioners. Justice also demand for same salary for same post, he said that pension of an Army man and a simple employee should be same. This Pay Commission will put 1.02 lac crore burden on Government Treasury.
7th Pay Commission recommended 3% increase in annual income and along with this the gratuity range has been also raised from 10 lac to 20 lac. Grade pay system will also removed from next year, now income will be decided on the basis of new salary structure.

unstaified with the decision. First, there is no any future for middle class graduates in india. and if in any manner they able to get any govt or private job, they are not getting salary according to their capabilities. also, graduates, who have tired of with their failure attempts in getting their compatible jobs are doing low class jobs in govt sector. and indian govt doing nothing for them. Govt doing nothing for their country and its people. really ashamed and frustrated!
