Future of guest teachers are in danger. As after the direct recruitment process of LT and promotions will reduce the total number post. After all recruitment the post will reduce to 1700, meanwhile on last session the guest teacher were recruited on 6214.
According to the stats, UKPSC has recruited 1213 LT teacher through the direct recruitment, and more than 1400 teacher have got promotion. On the other side, education department is also under pressure to recruit 3089 LT teacher. Head of guest teachers association said that all guest teacher worked very well on their tenure, and gave a surety that in future guest teacher will be recruited soon.
