State govt is going to recruit 400 home guard & PRD soldiers as a provincial defense team. These personnel will be made expert in disaster management. Govt will provide Rs 10 lac fund to all districts of Uttarakhand, this fund money will be used in funeral process of the bodies, which found under water of the disaster and the other tasks related to disaster. Every year rainy season comes with disaster and took many lives with it, destroy house, fields and many other resources too.
The local rural can also help in disaster prone area. Govt can provide them good training and resources, so that they could help affected people. This will also reduce the death rate during disaster.
