Uttarakhand Board of Technical Education, Government Polytechnic Pithuwala Campus , Dehradun (UBTER) has released advertisement on 24 February 2014 for the recruitment of 3091 Assistant Teacher LT under Group C posts in various Departments of Uttarakhand. All eligible candidates can apply for LT posts in various departments in the pay scale of Rs.9300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs.4600/-.
UBTER invites applications from eligible candidates for the Assistant Teacher LT posts under Group C recruitment drive in different departments in Uttarakhand. Assistant Teachers LT posts will be filed on direct recuitment basis in subjects like Maths, Science, English, Hindi, Sanskrit, Art, Music, Home Science, Commerce, Social Science, Physical Instructor, Urdu, Bengali, Punjabi. All teachers posts will be filed by 60% through direct recruitment and 10% through department.

Relaxation in age is applicable as per govt norms.
Application Fee:
All candidates are exempted from payment of any application and examination fee.
Selection Procedure:
Candidates will be selected on the merit based on written examination. A multi choice objective exam will be conducted by UBTER including 200 questions having 1 marks each. 100 questions will be asked from Teaching Aptitude and 100 questions will be asked from concerned subjects of respective post. There will also be negative marking of 1/4 for each wrong answer.
