Candidate who have been recruited as a guest teacher in any government degree college will get remuneration of rupees 25,000/ per month. Higher education department have also agreed on this.
All the guest teacher who were recruited before had got honorarium as per subject. On departmental level the proposal of guest teacher salary has been made. Before present it in cabinet they are taking permission of finance department.
Finance department has raised a query regarding violation of rules of UGC on that proposal. According to UGC there are only 10 percent seats vacant but government has proposed to recruit 40 percent vacant seats for guest teacher recruitment.

दूरस्थ क्षेत्रों में काम करने वाले शिक्षकों लिए २५००० राशि बहुत कम है परन्तु Ph.D. बेरोजगारी की समस्या के कारण शिक्षक काम करेंगे, उनके पास कोई ओर रास्ता नहीं है। एक सवाल यह है कि आख़िर ये वेकेंसीज निकलेंगी कब? सितम्बर भी समाप्त होने की ओर है।
