Indian Navy has released an advertisement for the recruitment of Group C 219 posts of Civillian Motor and Driver Firemen in various units under Eastern Naval Command. Indian Navy wishes to engage 219 Civillian Motor and Driver Firemen from interested and eligible Indian nationals.
The Indian Navy is the naval branch of the armed forces of India. The President of India serves as the Commander-in-Chief of the Navy. The Chief of Naval Staff (CNS), usually a four-star officer in the rank of admiral, commands the navy. The primary objective of the navy is to secure the nation’s maritime borders, India also uses its navy to enhance its international relations through joint exercises, port visits and humanitarian missions, including disaster relief.

Desirous and eligible candidates can apply offline by visiting the official website www.indiannavy.nic.in. The application format is to be downloaded and taken a printed copy of it from the mentioned website. Then fill all the relevant details along with the passport size photograph pasted on it. All applications should be accompanied by an envelope, super scribed as “Application for the post of ———, and category—–” and then forward it to the address stated below by speed post/registered post.
