Under this recruitment, departmental promotions and direct recruitment process has been included. The Secretary of UPCL, Mr Umakant Panwar said that the new framework will provide promotion to staff position on 1323 post and direct recruitment on 972 post. He also said that after the departmental promotion, they will also recruit on vacant seats. According to him UPCL will recruit on 2646 Post.
