Uttarakhand Education Department has change the notification for the recruitment of guest teachers in Uttarakhand by district wise merit to block wise merit. Also now the post of guest teacher will be extended for entire session or till the joining of permanent teacher, instead of 89 days earlier.
On Monday, department released new GO making changes regarding tenure and recruitment process of Guest Teachers in Uttaarkhand.
1. Post of guest teacher will be for entire session or appointment of regular teacher, whichever is earlier
Earlier : Post of guest teacher is valid for only 89 days.
2. Guest teacher merit list will be prepared on block level
Earlier : Guest teacher merit list was to be prepared on District level
Now the GO for guest teacher recruitment on District level is suspended and new GO for block level merit list is released.
