Supreme Court stays the recruitment process of 2794 Uttarakhand Primary Teachers. Court has given order on the case file against recruitment of teacher on seniority basis of doing BEd TET. The court also asked State Govt to file answer for not following merit based recruitment process of teacher in Uttarakhand. Only the waiting and new teachers vacancy notification will be under the court orders, In cases where appointment leeters have been given are out of this stay order.
Earlier BEd TET Merit Council had filed case in Supreme Court against recruitment of teachers on Seniorty basis. Council Chairman Surendra Singh Chauhan has said that Education Department changes the Merit based recruitment process to Yearwise Seniorty process on their own.
Now Supreme Court will decide the future of Uttarakhand BEd TET’s and the students.

January 2016 lag gaya march 2016 tak b.ed ki validity h prt vacancies k liye, till now here is no vacancy for it
b.ed tet eligible for primary teacher till march 2016 and now half of 2015 pas and still no vacancy announced for it
