Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) invites applications from Marketing and HR Professionals. IOCL has released advertisement for filling posts of Marketing and HR Professionals on the basis of UGC-NET examination.
Number of Posts : NA
Pay Scale : Rs.24,900-50,000/-, starting basic pay Rs.24,900 per month and applicable allowance, CTC 11 Lakh per annum.
Age Limit : 30 years for B.Tech Degree holders and 26 year for others as on 30 June 2014.
Fee : No Fee
Marketing Professionals : 2 year Post Graduate Diploma(PGDM)/Masters Degree in Business Administration(MBA)/equivalent with specialization in Marketing Management with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PWD).
Human Resource Professionals: 2 years Post Graduate Diploma/Masters Degree in Human Resource Management/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Labour Welfare/Social Work with specialization in Personnel Management & Labour Welfare/equivalent qualification with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PWD).
Candidates need to appear for University Grant Commission-National Eligibility Test(UGC-NET) examination, being conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on behalf of University Grant Commission (UGC). Candidates will be shortlisted for Group Discussion (GD), Group Task (GT) and Personnel Interview (PI) on the basis of UGC-NET examination.
Date of UGC-NET Examination: 28 December 2014
Candidates need to apply online for UGC-NET examination through website ww.cbsenet.nic.in by 15 November 2014. After applying online for UGC-NET, take a print out of Application form, attendance slip and admit card. A registration number will be provided on the application form. Now candidates need to register on Indian Oil website www.iocl.com. They can do so from 7 November to 28 November 2014. After complete regestration, Take a print out of the application form containing Unique Application ID, affix photograph at appropriate place and keep safe for future reference. Photograph submitted to Indian Oil must be same as submitted for UGC-NET exam.
