The Chief of Naval Staff (CNS), usually a four-star officer in the rank of admiral, commands the navy. BE/ B Tech in any discipline with Physics and Maths at 12th standard. Minimum percentage in BE/B Tech for Pilot entry is 60% an for Observer entry is 55%. CPL Candidate must have a valid current CPL issued by DGCA (India).
