Very Soon Guest teachers will be recruited in the state, the permanent recruitment for one year will be given 5 points and maximum of 10 points for the total service experience. The short-term service board for guest teachers recruitment is to be approved at the Cabinet meeting that will be held today. Approx 4,500 posts are vacant for teachers & guest teachers in the state, and most of those posts have been filled by temporary guest teachers. To maintain all those vacant posts, the government is going to make a short-term permanent recruitment service board for teachers & guest teachers. Under this system, the guest teachers appointed for the post of teachers and assistant teachers will get 5 points for a year of service and 10 points for the maximum service period.
