Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), has released advertisement for recruitment in Group- A & B Gazetted posts. UPSC has invited applications from Indian nationals for filling up various gazetted posts in Group A and B.

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is Indias central agency authorized to conduct the Civil Services Examination, Engineering Services Examination, Combined Defence Services Examination, National Defence Academy Examination, Naval Academy Examination, Combined Medical Services Examination, Special Class Railway Apprentice, Indian Economic Service/ Indian Statistical Service Examination, Geologists’ Examination, and Central Armed Police Forces (Assistant Commandant) Examination.

(iv) A minimum score of 300 points as stipulated in the Academic Performance Indicator (API) based
Performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS) by the University Grants Commission.
Assistant Professors (Chemistry) in National Defence Academy, Khadakwasla, Pune, Ministry of Defence. 02 (UR-02) 35 yrs Rs. 15,600-39100/- + Rs. 6000/- (Academic Grade Pay) (T.E. Rs.44,712/-Approx.) + TA and HRA as admissible. (i) Good academic record as defined by the concerned University with at least 55% or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever
grading system is followed at the Master’s Degree level in Chemistry from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from an accredited Foreign University.
(ii) Must have cleared National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the University
Grants Commission, Council for Scientific and Industrial Research or similar test
accredited by the University Grants Commission.
(iii) Notwithstanding anything contained in clauses (i) and (ii) candidates who are, or have been awarded a Ph.D Degree in accordance with the University Grants Commission (Minimum
Standards and Procedure for Award of Ph.D.Degree) Regulations, 2009, shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of National Eligibility Test (NET)/State Level Eligibility Test (SLET)/State Eligibility Test(SET) for recruitment and appointment of Assistant Professor or equivalent positions in Universities/ Colleges/Institutions. (iv) National Eligibility Test (NET)/State Level Eligibility Test (SLET)/State Eligibility Test(SET) shall also not be required for such Masters Programmes in disciplines for which NET/SLET/SET is not conducted.

section (13) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956).
(ii) Post Graduate degree in the concerned speciality or Super-speciality i.e. Doctor of
Medicine (Obstetrics and Gynaecology) or Master of Surgery (Obstetrics and
Gynaecology).
Grade-III Assistant Professors (Plastic Surgery) in Ministry of
Health and Family Welfare.
06 (OBC-04, UR-02) 40 yrs Rs.15,600-39,100 (PB-3) + Rs. 6,600 (Grade Pay) (T.E. Rs. 45,954/- Approx.) + NPA+ TA and HRA as admissible. Degree in Textile Technology or Textile
