The Centre is going to make a separate agency for the recruitment of teachers under which the central and state teachers will be recruited. The agency will be created under the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). According to sources, the main aim to create that agency is to seek good teachers and also make an improvement in their training as well as their recruitment process too. The states has also been asked to make the Teachers Recruitment Board, but many states have done nothing in this direction. According to an official, the task of recruitment is increasing day by day, therefore center govt is planning to create an agency for teachers recruitment soon.
